1 RESOLUTION NO. 5320
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH NEWPORT.BEACH SCHOOL DISTRICT

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City.of
7 Newport Beach and the Newport Beach School District for the
8 cooperative use of their recreational facilities, areas, and equ
9 meat for purposes of community recreation; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
12 equitable and in the interests of the City;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
14 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
15 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
16 Beach.
