2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH.ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a corporation, and Harbor -
5 land Development Corporation, a corporation, have executed and
6 delivered to the City of Newport Beach an easement dated August 29
7 1960, granting to the City An.easement.for drainage purposes only,
8 in and along a strip of land five (5) feet in width between Baysid
9 Drive and Newport Bay in Tract 3232, City of-Newport Beach, County
10 of Orange, State of California, which is more particularly describ
11 in Exhibit "A" and delineated on the map marked Exhibit "B" at-
12 tached to said easement; and
13 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
14 said easement for such purposes;
1.5� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
16 the City of Newport Beach that said easement be accepted and the
17 City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
181 certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
19) easement in the County Recorder's office.
20 ADOPTED this 10th day of ctober, 60.
