RESOLUTION NO. 3 3 Z 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, John N. Echternach and Barbara P. Echternach
have executed a grant of easement to the City of Newport Beach
conveying an easement for street and highway purposes over the
following described property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
and
A strip of land 2 feet in width lying within Lot 5 of
Tract No. 3607 as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 128, pages 37 and 38 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California, the boundary of said 2
foot strip of land being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 5 of said
Tract No. 3607; thence Southerly along a.curve concave
Westerly, having a radius of 102,54 feet, through a
central angle of 22° 18' 35'x, a distance of 39.93 feet,
said curve being the Westerly line of said Lot 5; thence
South 850 50' 384° East, 2.00 feet to the beginning of a
curve, tangent at right angles, concave Westerly, having .
a radius of 104.54 feet; thence Northerly along said
curve through a central angle 21° 50' 37 ". a distance of
39.85 feet to the Northerly line of Lot 5; thence North
850 05' 00" West, 2.17 feet along the Northerly line of
said Lot 5.•to the point of beginning;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant of easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and at-
tach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
said grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting this day
of October, 1960.
