RESOLUTION IQO. 5640
A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NIROR^1 BEACH PROHIBITING OVERNIGHT PARKING
WHEREAS, Section 3292.3 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that the City Council may by resolution designate
streets or portions of streets on which overnight parking is
prohibited and the times and hours such prohibition is to apply;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to prohibit overnight parking
as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective immediately
parking shall be prohibited on Marine Avenue between Park Avenue
and North Bay Front each day from 10 P. M. to 6 A. M. the following
day from the second Monday in June through the Saturday following
Labor Day of each year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5334 be and
is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 1962.

the foregoing Resolution Noe, 5640 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 9th day of July , 19 62 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Stoddard, Gruber, Cook, Hart, Lorenz,
Marshall, Elder
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
