RESOLUTION NO. 5677
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP -
SHOWING PROPOSED CHANGES OF THE OFFICIAL
GRADES OF CERTAIN ALLEYS,
WHEREAS, The City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach has
presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain map entitled, "Alley Grades, Block 11, East Newport Tract,"
Drawing No, R/W 5001 -L dated October 8th, 1962, showing proposed
changes of the official grades in certain alleys, to wit.
(a) The first alley easterly of Island Avenue (formerly 1st
Street) from the northerly line of Ocean Front (formerly Surf
Avenue) to the southerly line of Balboa Boulevard (formerly
Central Avenue; and
(b) The alley running easterly and westerly through Blocks
1 and 2 of the Newport Bay Tract and Block 11 of East Newport,
and extending from the alley easterly of Block 2 of the
Newport Bay Tract to the alley running northerly and southerly
through Block 11 of East Newport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That said map be and is hereby
approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and directed to
file the same in the proceedings for the changes of official grades
of said alleys.
