A RMOLUTION OF THE CITY C0UNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NMPb ORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTI0N OF A -

CONTRACT WITH SANTA ANA COURMY CLUB

ffHERE", there has been presented to the City Council of
6
the City
of Newport Beach a certain contract with the Santa Ana
7
Country Club
providing for the service of water to said Club by the
8
City through
the reservoir and facilities by which the Club is now
9
served by
the Santa Ana Heights Water Company; and
10
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the provisions of
11
said contract and found the same to be fair and equitable;
12
NOWT THEMORF,, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
13
Clerk be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
14
contract
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

ADOPTEID this 6th day of February, 1964.
