1 RESOLUTION NO. 5920
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE FXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREME3,NT 1,712H 212 ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF
LOS ANG3LES, SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
4 OF Rv&RCV&iENTS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF
5 APPPCVING RESUBDIVISION.NO. 173
6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport beach an agreement in which The Roman Catholic
8 Archbishop of Laos Angeles, subdivider under Resubdivision No. 173
9 (Catholic Church Site), agrees to construct street and other
10 public improvements required as a condition of approving said
11 resubdivision; and
12 TPMaEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
13 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
14 Newport Beach Lunicipal Code; and
15 MHEMIZAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
16 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
1711 the provisions of the Code;
18 =0, TEEREFOR?, BE IT RESOLVED that the Playor and City
19 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
20 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
21 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
2211 City Attorney as to form.
23 ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1964.
