21 A RES0LUTI0N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 NWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
4� WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
5 The Presbytery of Los Angeles, a religious corporation, and The
6 Roman Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles, a corporation sole, have
7 executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach an easement for
8 street and highway and public utility purposes over the following
9 described real property:

That portion of Block 56 of Irvine's Subdivision in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
12
of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 1,
page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Flaps in the office
13
of the County Recorder of said county described as
follows:

All that area indicated as streets lying be-
tween the solid line and the interior broken line

of the 9.733 acre parcel shown on a map filed in
Book 63, page 46 of Record of Surveys in the office

of the County Recorder of said county.

erly erly and southeasterly of and contiguous to the

and Lot "C" as shown on said map filed in Book -

WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant of easement for street and highway and public utility
purposes;
N(X?T T EUTORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant of ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Cleric is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said grant of easement
in the County Recorder's office.
