1 RESOLUTION NO. 5950
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT. FOR.ENGINEERING CONSULTANT.SERVICES

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
7 Newport Beach and De Leuw, Cather & Company for engineering
8 consultant services in connection with the study and analysis of
9 the freeway designs proposed by the State Division of Highways
10 for the State adopted coastal freeway route through the City of
11 Newport Beach; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
13 conditions of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
14 equitable;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract be
16 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
17 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beacl
18 ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1964,
