11 OF NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
3 PUBLICATION. OF LEGAL NOTICES AND OTHER MATTER
AND DESIGNATING AN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR
4 PUBLICATION.OF NOTICES.

611 WHEREAS, Section 419 of the City Charter provides that
7 the City Council shall publish a notice inviting bids and contract
81for the publication of legal notices and other matter required to
9 be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City
10 during the ensuing fiscal year; and
11111 WHEREAS, the City Council has published such notice and
1211bids have been received in accordance therewith; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has analyzed said bids and
14 determined .to make the award as hereinafter provided;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of N- �Tin-PM1
be accepted and that the
171114ayor and City Clerk be and hereby are authorized and directed to
1811execute a contract in accordance with this award for the fiscal year
19 beginning July 1, 1964.

2211paper for the publication of legal notices and other matter required
23 to be published for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1964.
