2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3I AGREEMENT EXTENDING AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL
RADIO SERVICES

5'I WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and the County of
6� Orange in August, 1961, entered into an agreement relating to
7 municipal radio services, which was extended and renewed by sub -
8 sequent agreements to June 30, 1964; and
9i WHEREAS, a new agreement has been presented to the City
10 extending and renewing said agreement for an additional period of
11 one year, commencing July 1, 1964, and terminating June 30, 1965,
12 upon the same terms and conditions in all respects; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms of said
141 agreement and found them to be fair and equitable;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
16 approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
17 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Be
18 ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1964.
