A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NMMORT BEACH LUTHORIZING THE M ECUTION OF A
CONTRACT WITH TERHUNE- PRITCHARD ASSOCIATES FOR
A CLASSIFICATION AND SA LRY_SURVEY
tREREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
Newport Beach and Terhune ®Pritchard Associates, a management con-
sultant firm, under which said firm is to perform certain services
in connection with a classification survey of all City positions
and a salary survey covering all City classifications in order to
assure that the positions are properly classified and assigned to
proper salary ranges; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract be
approved and the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
