2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEW?ORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3I AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT .

5� ffliEREAS, The Irvine Company, as subdivider of Tract No,
6 5130, has agreed to install subdivision improvements in accordance
7i with an agreement dated the 20th day of September, 1963, within
8II1 twelve months from the date thereof; and
9 WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the City Council
10 may extend the time for performance by the subdivider under said
11 agreement if it determines that the circumstances justify such
12 extension of time; and
13 WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested that the City Coun
14 extend the time for completion of said improvements for one year;

16 WHEREAS, it would be in the mutual interest of the parties
'17 to extend the time within which said improvements must be completed
18 to September 18, 1965; and
19 WHEREAS, an amendment to said subdivision agreement has
20 been presented to the City Council under which the time for comple-
21 tion of said improvements would be extended to September 18, 19652
22 and the City Council has reviewed the terms thereof and found them
23 to be acceptable;
24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
25 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment
26 to subdivision agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
27 ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1964.
