lCovenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to ^Tact No. 5463
land Tract No. 5480 pursuant to Resolution No. 5925; and
Tn1'rTwREAS, a final subdivision map has been approved for
Tract No. 5741 which adjoins said tracts; and
WF0f S, said Tract No, 5741 is a portion of the planned
residential development approved by Use permit No. 1054(C); and
W- 3RZAS, Declarant has submitted to the City a 11I\ ?otice of
Addition of Territory43 in connection with Tract No, 5741 which will
subject said tract to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions previously recorded for Tract No. 5463 and Tract No.
5480; and
WH blmsp said Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
provide for the approval of the City to be endorsed on said notice;

tion of Territory is approved by the City, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said notice on behalf
