2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MMCUTION OF A -
3 LEASE OF A CITY- OWNED WAT2R PIPELINE -TO THE
4111 IRVINE RANCH.WATER D18MICT
5 13HEI'=S, there has been presented to the City Council
6 of the City of Newport Beach a certain lease agreement wherein it
711 is provided that the Irvine Ranch water District shall lease from
8i the City a certain 12 -inch water pipeline as described in said
911 lease; and
10 WHEP,,EAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable;
12 NO`3 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said lease of water
13 pipeline be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
1411 execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
15 ADOPTED this 1-4th day of December, 1964.
