. 5 consisting of the construction of the Dover Shores, Lot C, Park-
6 ing Lot in the City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the
7 plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received
8 on the 9th day of February, 1966, and publicly opened and
9 declared; and
10 W =AS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidden
11 therefor 3s R. I;. McClellan and Sons;

13 i£cClellan and Sons in the amount of $5,849.62 be accepted and
14 that the contract for the construction work be awarded to said
15 bidder.

17 are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in
18 accordance with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf
19 of the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed
20 to furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
