RESOLUTION NO. 6316
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISHMENT OF ACCESS
RIGOTS
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
• is the subdivider of real property in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows;
Tract 4225, as shown on a map recorded in Book
153, pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California;

WHEREAS, the Final Map of Tract No. 4225 was approved by
the City Council subject to the condition that access rights be
limited from said tract to the adjoining public streets of Westcliff
Drive and Dover Drive; and
WHEREAS, a Relinquishment of Access Rights which met the
above condition was executed by The Irvine Company and approved and
accepted by the City Council by Resolution No. 5518 adopted November
27, 1961; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company desires to amend the Relinquish -
ment of Access Rights to change the location of the access points on
Dover Drive; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company and its lessees have executed
and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a document entitled
"Amendment to Relinquishment of Access Rightst1 which alters the
location of access points on Dover Drive and which meets the con-
dition imposed by the City Council in approving said Final Map; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the City
of Newport Beach to allow said amendment and accept said document;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council con-
sents to the amendment to the Relinquishment of Access Rights and
accepts said Relinquishment of Access Rights as amended and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a certificate
of acceptance and consent to the recording of said document in the
County Recorders office.
ADOPTED this 14th day of March , 1966.

Resolution No. 6316 was duly and regularly
adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of March
1966 by the following vote, to wit:

Cook, Forgit, Shelton
