5 G7a SAS, the Planning Commission and the City Council
6 have heretofore adopted a Master Plan of the City of Newport Beach,
7 which said Toaster Flan includes as a unit thereof a Master Capital
8 Improvement Plan, adopted by the City Council on October 26, 1965;
9 and
10 I7I-RMS, the Planning Commission of the City of Newport
11 Beach has recommended the adoption of certain amendments to the
12 Master Capital Improvement Plan; and
13 I,71Im, the City Council, after notice as required by
14 law, has held a public hearing on said proposed amendments; and
15 WfMRMS, the City Council has determined that it is
16 desirable to amend said Master Capital Improvement Plan as
17 recommended;
18 NOW THER3FOF,E, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
19 the City of Newport Beach does adopt said amendments to the master
20 Capital Improvement Plan as shown on Drawing No. 8 -20 entitled
21 "Master Capital Improvement Plan Amendment No. 14A, dated March
22 17, 1966, which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A' - and incor-
23 porated herein by reference.
24 BE IT FURT11ER RESOLVED that the Planning Director is
25 authorized and directed to endorse the Master Capital Improvement
26 Plan map as amended by amendment No. I to show that said amendment
27 has been adopted by the City Council, and the same shall be placed
28 on file with the Master Plan of the City of Newport Beach.
29 ADOPTED this 23d day of May , 1966.
