6 and The Bluffs, a limited partnership, are the only parties having
7 any record title interest in Lots 1 through 105, inclusive, of
8 Tract No. 5798, as shox -m on a map thereof recorded in Book 212 at
9 pages 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, on Parch 18, 1965, Miscellaneous I-laps,
10 Records of Orange County, California; and
11 F EREAS, a Notice of Addition of Territory for Tract No.
12 5798 was recorded on Parch 18, 1965, in Book 7450, page 395, of
13 Official Records of Orange County, California; and
14 T-A 11EAS, The Irvine.Company and The Bluffs have requested
15 that the City'Conncil approve the vacation of said Notice of Addin
16 tion of Territory and have presented to the Council for its approva
17 a document dated May 20, 1966 , entitled "Notice of Vacation
18 of Addition of Territory "; and
19 Fa1F'MAS, the City Council has considered this request and
20 has determined that said Notice of Vacation of Addition of Territor
21 should be approved;
22 NOF32 TTISREEORE, BE IT R3SOLVED that the Notice of Vaca®
23 tion of Addition of Territory is approved and the Mayor and City
24, Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
25 the City.
