2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

4 iTEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
5 has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of
6 Easement, which grants to the City an easement for the construction,
7 maintenance and repair of a storm drain and appurtenances in,
8 under and along that certain real property situated in the City of
9 Newport Beach, County of orange, State of California, described as
10 follows:
11 A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, over that
portion of Lots 8 and 9, Tract No. 3232 as per
12 map recorded in Book 99, Pages 49 and 50 of
Miscellaneous Naps in the office of the County
13 Recorder of said County, the center line of said
14 strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northeasterly line of
15 said Lot 8 which is distant Northwesterly 66.14
feet as measured along said line from the Easterly
16 corner of said lot, said point being on a curve
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 975.00
17 feet, a radial to said point bears North 56' 31' 39'
East; thence South 34° 55' 0987West 13.91 feet to
is the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly ant.
19 having a radius of 45.00 feet; thence Southwesterly
21.71 feet along said curve through an angle of
20 270 38' 46 "; thence South 62° 33 55" West 217.38
feet, more.or less, parallel with the.;outhwesterly
prolongation of the center line of 31 Paseo Drive
21 as shown on the map of said tract to the South -
22 westerly line of said tract.

26 said Grant of °easement for such purposes;

28 meet is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir,-
29 ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
30 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
31 County tocorder's office.
