HomeMy WebLinkAbout6393 - C-1020 - Street Lights on Balboa Blvdf THS �aem 6/27x/66 (12) ill RESOLUTION NO. 6393 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NMPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE. 3 CONSTRUCTION OF STREET LIGHTS ON BALBOA.13OULLVPM 4 Fil©T✓a 23RD STREET TO 32ND STREET (CONTRACT NO. 1020) 5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work 6 consisting of the construction of street lights on Balboa Boulevard 7 from 23rd Street to 32nd Street in the City of Newport Beach, in 8 accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted, 9 bids were received on the 20th day of June, 1966, and publicly 10 opened and declared; and 11 WHEM A,S, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder 12 therefor is A. E. C. Los Angeles; 13 NOW. TIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of A. E.
