A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF Tt3E CITY OF
b :: POaT BEACH DESIGNATING XZY PERSONNEL POSITIONS
WEJ:ftas , Resolution No. 5289 which establishes personnel
policies foa• City employees, adopted pursuant to Section 2200 of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code, authorizes the City Council on
recommendation of the City Manager to designate key personnel
positions by resolution; and
1dT- 21REAS, Resolution No. 6224 contains the current list
of positions designated as key personnel; and
W1- IZt ^,S, the City Manager has recommended that the list
of key personnel positions be revised and the City Council has
reviewed said recommendation,
NGW� Ti . �FOR3v BE IT RESOLVED that effective .duly 2,
1966, Resolution No. 6224 is rescinded and that, pursuant to
Resolution No. 5289 establishing personnel policies for City
employees, as it now exists, or any succeeding resolutions, the
following is a list of positions which are established as key
personnel positions:

Director
