5 ation, has executee and delivered to the City of Newport 3each a
6 Grant of 3asement, which grants to the City an easement for street
7 and highway aurposes over all that certain land situated i. the
8 City of Newport Beach, County of orange, State of Californ_a,
9 described as follows:
10 A strip of land, 60.03 feet in width, in Block 52
of Irvine °s Subdivision as per map recorded in
11 30o9k 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous record MaDs Ln
the office of the County recorder of said Cow ^ty,
12 the centerline of said strip being described as
follows:

Comencing at the intersection of the center lane
14 of Vista del Oro, 60.03 feet Bride, with the center
line of Vista del Sol, 130.00 feet wide, as said
15 intersection is shown on the map of Tract No. 51,..63
recorded in Zook 195, Wages 41 to 44.inclusive, of
16 Miscellaneous maps; thence North 250 47' 00" East
100.03 feet along said center line of Vista del Oro
17 to the Northeasterly boundary of said track and the
true point of beginning, said point being also the
18 beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly�
I a radius of 430.00 feet; thence HoT.�tKerly
19 346.40 feet along said curve through an angle of
460 09' 2289 to a point a radial to said point

ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and

County recorder's office.
