6 WETUAS, pacific View Memorial Park has requested the
7 City Council to authorize it to connect with and use the City
8 server system to serve certain real property owned by it tix.ich is
9 located outside and adjacent to the boundaries of the City of
10 Newport Beach; and
11 1Tr =11V S, the City Council is willing to grant such
12 request as provided by Section 14.24.100 of the Newport Beach
13 Municipal Code under certain conditions, among which is the condi0
14 tion that Pacific View will commence proceedings for the annexation
15 to the City of all of its cemetery property, as set forth in the
16 agreement hereinafter mentioned, and
17 ,T ^ S, there has been presented to the City Council an
18 agreement between the City and pacific View Memorial nark providing
19 for connection of the cemetery property with the City sewer system,
20 the terms and conditions of which have been considered by the City
21 Council and found to be fair and equitable;
22 NCFd, a 3E � F'GRZ, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
23 approved and the hayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
24 to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
