RZAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work
consisting of the construction of the water control facilities
in the City of Newport Peach, in ac-r;rdance with the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 81-h
day of November, 1966, and publicly opened and declared; and
it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is Southern Pacific Constructors, a corporation;

Pacific Constructors in the amount of �33,455 be accepted and
that the contract for the construction work be awarded to said
bidder.
BE IT >^UIRT'_71 !ZSOLVLD that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in ac
ance with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach, and = %at the City Clerk be directed to
furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
