A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NE14PORT BEACH APPROVING AN AMENDED NOTICE OF
ADDITION OF TERRITORY FO@ TRACT NO. 5878 [rHICH
VACATES A PREVIOUS NOTICE OF ADDITION OF TERRI-
TORY FOR SAID TRACT, AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF THE SANE
17HEREAS3, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
and The Bluffs, a limited partnership, are the only persons having
any record title interest in Lots 1 through 88, inclusive, and Lot
90 of Tract No. 5878, as shovmm on a map thereof recorded September
11, 1966, in Book 229, pages 35 -40, of Miscellaneous Naps, Records
of Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Addition of Territory for Tract No.
5878 was previously recorded on September 1, 1966, in Book 8036,
page 685, of Official Records of Orange County, California; and
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company and The Bluffs have requested
that the City Council approve the vacation of said Notice of Addi-
tion of Territory and give its approval to an Amended Notice of
Addition of Territory dated November 10, 1966; and
WHEREAS. the City Council has considered said request
and has determined that said Amended Notice of Addition of Terri-
tory should be approved;
NOW, T HER EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Amended Notice
of Addition of Territory for Tract No. 5878 dated November 10, 1966
is hereby approved, the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City, and consent
is hereby given for the vacation of the prior Notice of Addition
of Territory for said tract.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records of the
City of Newport Beads filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6483 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 12th day of December
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Parsons, Marshall, Gruber, Cook,
Forgit, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
