NM4PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A ,
NOTICE TO VACATE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS. CONDI-
TIONS AND RESTRICTIONS 114POSED UPON TRACT9 NOS"
5877 AND-6227
IMREAS, by Resolution No. 6407 adopted June 27, 1966,
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach authorized the execu-
tion of a document entitled "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions, Tract No. 6227 and Tract No. 5877; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council by
The Irvine Company, a Nest Virginia corporation, as owner, and The
Bluffs, a limited partnership, as its lessee and subdi

I, LAURA LAGIOS, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California,
do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6514 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of February , 1967,
