RESOLUTION NO. 6522
1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
!I NEUPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EAS24ENT
4 +I MiEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
• 5ljhas executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Public
6IIUtility Easement, which grants to the City an easement for public
71lutility purposes in, under, along and over that certain real prop-
8ljerty_ situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
9 of California, described as follows:
10 A 10,00 foot easement for public utility purposes
over a portion of Lot 105, Tract No, 5798, as shown
11 on a map recorded in Book 212, pages 32 to 36,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
12 County, California the center line of which is more
particularly described as follows;

BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of Lot 6 in
14 said Tract No. 5798; thence North 490 04_` 00" jest,
28.00.feet to the beginning of a curve concave South -
15 easterly and having a radius of 130.00 feet a radial
line from said beginning bears South 490 04{ 00"
16 East; thence Southwesterly along said curve through
an angle of 16° 35' 3179, a distance of 37,65 feet
17 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description;
thence North 8° 30`_00'West,_71.71 feet to a ppoint
18 in the Northwesterly line of said Tract No. 5793,
said point being 78.23 feet Northeasterly from the
19 Northwesterly corner of said Tract No. 5798 the side
lines of said 10,00 feet easement shall be 'lengthened
20 or shortened as to terminate on the said Northwesterly
21 line and said 130.00 foot radius curve.
22 SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
apparent;.

2411 (7HEP.EAS2 it is to the interest of the City to accept
25 said Public Utility Easement for such purposes;
26 NOI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Public Utility
27 Easement is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
28 directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
29 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
30 County Recorders office, together with City of Newport Beach Publi
• 31 Works Department Drawing No. R /W- 5089 -L dated 2 -9 -66, designated
32 "Public Utility Easement, Lot 105, Tract No. 5798; showing the

I 1 location of said easement granted thereby.
2 ADOPTED this 27th day of February 1967.

I, LAURA LAGIOS, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California,
do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6522 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 27th day of February , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
