RESOLUTION NO. 6527
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT T BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E'ECUTION OF AN
ACREM4ENT WITH THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. FOR THE
715PROVMIMNT . OF 16TH STREET BEMMEN IRVINE AVENUE
AND DOVE. DRIVE
ETHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and the City of Costa
Mesa contemplate doing certain improvement work at the 16th Street
and Irvine Avenue intersection and on 16th Street between said
intersection and Dover Drive; and
tRiMEAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement between the City and the
City of Costa Mesa providing for such work, with the cost thereof
to be shared by the Cities in the manner set out therein; and
TMEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and
and determined it to be in the interests of the City and the im-
provements to be necessary,
NO',�, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 13th day of March 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
