RESOLUTION NO. 6549
A RESOLUTION OF TkIZ CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
NETkORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT. OF EASEMENT
14HEREA:i, The Irvine Company, a vilest Virginia corpor-
ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach
a Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes over all
that certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows;
and
A strip of land, 60.00 feet in width, in Block
96 of Irvine's Subdivision as per map recorded
in Book 1, page,88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, the Northerly - Northeasterly line of
which being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly --
Northeasterly right of way line of Pacific View
Drive, a private road 60.00 feet wide, with the
Northwesterly line of that certain Metropolitan
Water District easement, 20.00 feet wide, as
described in the deed recorded in Book 2402, page
469 of Official Records, as said intersection
is shown on a map filed in Book 63, page 45 of
Record of Surveys; thence along said Northerly -
Northeasterly right of way line the following
courses and curves: South 71° 04' 01" East 89.95
feet to the beginning of a curve concave South-
westerly having a radius of 606.00 feet; South-
easterly 550.79 feet along said curve through an
angle of 520 04' 35 "; South 18° 59' 26" East 118.92
feet to the beginning of a curve concave North-
easterly having a radius of 382.98 feet; South-
easterly 169.36 feet along said curve through an
angle of 25° 20' 13" to the beginning of a compound
curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of
214.96 feet, a radial to said point bears South
450 40' 21" West; Southeasterly 116.31 feet along
said curve.through an angle of 310 00' 03 "; South
75° 19' 42" East 370.00 feet. .
EXCEPT that portion thereof lying within Block 93
of said Irvine's Subdivision.
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record
or apparent;
`VMEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW$ THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk as authorized and

directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this Intb day of Ap"i1 , 1967.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6549 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 10th day of April 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
