CHURCH
T- M31EAS, the Nez:-port Harbor Lutheran Church, a Call_fornie
corporation, is the owner of the real property in the City of Neu-
port Beach, County of Orange, State of California, descr bed as:
Parcel 1, as shoran on a map recorded in Book 1,
page 50, of Parcel Naps in the office of the
County Recorder of said orange County;
WIEERMS, Resubdivision No. 218 was approved by tine City
Council subject to the condition that access rights be limited
from said parcel to the adjoining public street of Dover Drive;
and
ME S, the Newport %arbor Lutheran Church has executed
and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a 3elinquishment of
Access Rights tiaich meets said condition imposed by the City
Council in approving said Rlesubdivision; and

of Access Rights be accepted and the City Clerk is authorized amid
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of accepte:nce
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorderrs office,
