RESOLUTION NO. 6588
21 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 COMMUNITY RECREATION.AGREMENT WITH THE NEWPORT -
41 MESA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
51 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
61 the City of Newport Beach a Community Recreation Agreement between
71 the City and the Newport -Mesa Unified School District for the
8 cooperative use of their recreational facilities, areas, and
9 equipment for purposes of community recreation; and
10, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
111 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
12 equitable and in the interests of the City;
13 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that said Community Recrea-
14 tion Agreement be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
15 authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
16 of Newport Beach.
17 1 ADOPTED this 26th day of June , 1967.
