RESOLUTION NO.6_U3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT TO SERVE WATER OUTSIDE THE CITY TO
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a
certain contract between the City and
STANDARD OIL COMPANY
OF CALIFORNIA , as Purchaser, wherein the
City agrees to sell water outside the City to said Purchaser; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and found them to be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the water contract
between the City of Newport Beach and said Purchaser with a term
from July 1, 1967 through June 30, 1968, both dates inclusive, is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,

I, LAURA LAGIOS, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, California,
do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No.6599 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the26th day of June , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Parsons, Marshall, Cook, Forgit, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Gruber
