MHE_REAS, there has been presented to the City Cour.cil

of the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Long Beach
8
Leasing Corporation, subdivider under Resubdivision No. 214,
9
agrees to construct street and other improvements required as a
10
condition of approving said resubdivision; and

YaM&AS, subdivider has burnished security to assure
12
the faithful performance under said agreement in acccrcance with
13
the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and

:�.i i ^AS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement

and found the same to be fa,_r and equitable and in accordance

with the provisions of the Code;

same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
