1II-1MAS, Section 12.44.010 of the Newport Beach Hunic-
ipal Code provides that when authorized signs are in place giving
notice -.hereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle
between the hours of 8 :00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day for a
period of time longer than two hours upon such streets or portions
thereof as the City Council shall designate by resolution; and
�- XMRZLS, by Resolution No. 532€ adopted October 31,
1960, the parking of vehicles between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
6:00 p.m. of any day was limited to two hours upon tlae north side
of Avon Street from the west side of Tustin Avenue 123 feet
westerly and the north side of Avon Street from 160 feet west of
Tustin Avenue to Riverside Avenue; and
W13EMAS, it is now necessary to limit the parking of
vehicles on Avon Street as hereinafter provided;
NOW; T- .E.t:2EFCRE, BE IT RESC:WED that the parking of
vehicles between the hours of 8000 a.m. and 6 :00 p.m. every day
except Sundays and holidays be limited to two (2) hours on the
north side of Avon Street between Tustin Avenue and Riverside
Avenue.
B% IT a J:w ^in R iMSOLVED that Resolution No. 5328 be
amended to delete from the parking limitation established therein
the north side of Avon Street from the west side of Tustin Avenue
120 feet westerly and the north side of Avon Street from 160 feet
west of Tustin Avenue to Riverside Avenue.
