RESOLUTION NO, 6673
2; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
31 CONTRACT- FOR_ENGINEERIHG SERVICES WITH BOYLE
I ENGINEERING IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEST NEWPORT
41 IMPROVEMENT PLANS

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
8 Newport Beach and Boyle Engineering under which said corporation
9 is to perform certain engineering services in connection with the
10i preparation of plans for the construction of full public improve -
11i ments in public rights of way in all presently unim� roved areas in
1211 that part of the City known as best Newport and for the replace-
13I meet of existing deteriorated and inadequate public improvements
I�
14 in that area; and
151 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
16 conditions of said contract and found them to be fair and equi-
1711 table;
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for
19 engineering services is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
20 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
21 the City of Newport Beach,
221 ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 1967.
