REGULAR HEARING

CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.

2. MINUTES of April 11, 2012
Action: Approved.
3. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
ITEM NO. 1 Newport Place Shopping Center Sign Program — Modification Permit No.
MD2012 -007 and Comprehensive Sign No. CS2012 -004 (PA2012 -024)
4221 - 4225 MacArthur Boulevard CD 3
Due to a discrepancy with the public notice as published in the newspaper consideration of the item could not
occur. The matter was continued so that it could be re- noticed. The tentative hearing date would be May 9,
2012. Hearing notices would be mailed, posted and published in accordance with the requirements of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code.
Action: Item to be re- noticed for a future hearing date.
