Dear Mr. Van Patten:
I recently received a notice regarding the demolition and building of a two unit condo project scheduled for 309
Goldenrod AVenue, and the announcement of a meeting to discuss said project scheduled for tomorrow, March
28th. As you can see from the photo, the existing property has already been demolished and the project is
already framed, etc.
Was the wrong notice sent out in error and other changes are being requested, or was it just a 'slight' error in the
timing of the notice? I am more concerned that the message of the notice itself is an error and changes that are
outside of code are being requested. If non code items are being discussed I, along with several neighbors,
would like to be informed so that we can attend the meeting tomorrow. Please advise via email or cell (949)
466 -8734 and clarify. Thank you.
