Changes to the 02/07/13 draft minutes proposed by Chair Toerge.
"On page 10 near the bottom of the page under my comment on the motion, please delete the last
sentence and insert the following:
I believe the project is greatly improved with unrestricted vehicular access to the west through the Koll
property. I am concerned that if this access is not required now, it will never be achieved. However, given
the way the applicant has addressed all the other concerns of the Planning Commission throughout the
process, he expressed support for the motion."
