RESOLUTION NO. 6710
A RESOLUTION OF `f CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has the power and duty to establish the salary of the City
Manager; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6372 established the salary
of the City Manager beginning July 2, 1966;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective retro-
actively to January 1, 1968, Resolution No. 6372 be rescinded
and that the salary of the City Manager beginning January 1,
1968 shall be $23,500 per fiscal year, payable in monthly, semi-
monthly, or biweekly installments as is most convenient in the
ordinary course of the preparation of the City's payroll.
ADOPTED this 26th day of February, 1968.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 26th day of February 1968,
