2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF
UL74 0 oT BEACH ACCEPTING_ A GRANT OF .:EASEMENT

4 JR EREAS, the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the
5 Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Jay Saints, a Utah corporation
6 sole and The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation, have
7 executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of
8 Easement for street and highway purposes over all that certain
9 land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
10 State of California, described as follows:
11 Parcel 1
12 A strip of land twenty -five (25) feet in width in
Lot 3, Tract No. 1125 as per -map recorded in Book
13 39, pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said County described

The Northwesterly twenty -five (25) feet of that
certain real property described in the deed to
the Corporation of The Presiding Bishop of The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Jay Saints.re-
corded January 20, 1955, in Book 2930, page 53 of
Official Records in the office of said County
Recorder.
Parcel 2
That portion of Lot 3, Tract No. 1125 as per map
recorded in Book-39, pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County described as follows:
The spandrel area bounded on the Northwest by the
Southeasterly line of the above described Parcel 1,
on the Southwest by the Southwesterly line, of that
certain real property described in the deed to the
Corporation of The Presiding Bishop of The Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints recorded
January 20, 1955, in Book 2930, page 53 of Official
Records and on the East by a twenty foot radius curve
concave Easterly tangent to said Southeasterly line
and said Southwesterly line;
AREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said)
Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
321I ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and

directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorders office.
ADOPTED this 25th day of March , 196-s.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6731 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 25thday of March , 1968
by the following vote, to wit:
