21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION ON
3 AN AGREEMENT FOR ECONOMIC CONSULTING SERVICES
4I (AND MASTER PLANNING NEWPORT BEACH CIVIC STUDYCENT) ER SITE EVALUATION

6 11HEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for economic consult
-
8 ing services between the City of Newport Beach and Economics
9 Research Associates in connection with the City's Civic Center
10 site evaluation and master planning study; and
111, IMHERFAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
13I equitable;
14 NOW,, THEREFCRE,, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement for
15 economic consulting services be approved and the Mayor and City
16 Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
17 behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
181 ADOPTED this 25th day of March , 1968.
