RESOLUTION NO. 6744
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING INTERSECTIONS AT WHICH
VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED TO STOP
WHEREAS, Section 12.36.010 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that whenever an ordinance or resolution designates
and describes an intersection at which vehicles are required to
stop at one or more entrances thereto, the City Traffic Engineer
shall erect stop signs at those entrances of such intersection
where a stop is required and every driver of a vehicle shall stop
at such intersection; and
WHEREAS, certain intersections should be designated as
intersections where vehicles are required to stop at one or more
entrances thereto as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the following described intersec-
tions are hereby designated as intersections where vehicles are
required to stop at one or more entrances thereto°
1. The intersections of Granada Avenue, Seville Avenue,
Miramar Drive, and Ocean Boulevard at Channel Road,
at each entrance to Channel Road.
2, The intersections of I Street, L Street, and M Street
at Ocean Boulevard, at each entrance to Ocean Boule-
vard.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6744 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 8th day of April 1968
by the following vote, to wit:
