RESOLUTION NO. 6756
A RESOLUTION OF 'YtLS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
N)ZF PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION CUTION OF AN
AC3EETTuNb 17ITH TI•;L' BLUFFS, . SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE
CGNSTRU:TION OF.IMPROVENEINTS IN.T.ACT NO. 6468

5,! &7fTE,EAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which The Bluffs, sub -
? divider of Tract No. 6468, agrees to construct street and other
8 public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision; and
9 IRVSIUW, subdivider has furnished security to assure
10 the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
ill the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
12 14HEF.EAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
13 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
14 with the provisions of the Code;
15 NO "vf, THEREFO?2E, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
161 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
17 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
18, security is approved by the City Managed as to sufficiency and
19jI the City Attorney as to form.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6756 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
. City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 22nd day of April 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
