RESOLUTION N0, 6762
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET KNOWN AS BAY AVENUE WHICH IS
PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of
certain map entitled "ABANDONMENT OF
STREET ", being City of Newport Beach
Drawing No. R /W- 5132 -L dated 4 -5 -68,
Avenue in the City of Newport Beach
vacating, closing up and abandoning,
particularly described as follows:
the City of Newport Beach a
BAY AVE. EASTERLY OF °AB
Public Works Department
showing a portion of Bay
which the City is considering
and which portion is more
That portion of Bay Avenue as shown on the Map of
Balboa Tract recorded in Book 4, Page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
lying easterly of the easterly line of "A" Street
and lying northerly of and adjacent to Lots 1, 2 and
3 of Block 13 of said Balboa Tract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map is hereby
approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and directed
to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said
portion of said street.
