RESOLUTION N0. 6784
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT .DEED FROM
THOMAS H. BLANDI
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to Security First
National Bank, Newport Beach, California, to be held in escrow,
a certain grant deed dated May 24, 1968, wherein Thomas H. Blandi,
an unmarried man, as the sole and separate owner of said property,
grants to the City all that real property situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
and
Lot 5 in Block 231 of Lake Tract, in the city
of Newport Beach, as per map recorded in Book 4,
page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to deposit the purchase sum into escrow
with the designated escrow holder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said grant deed is'hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute
and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
recording and to record said document in the County Recorder's
Office.
ADOPTED this 10th day of June (e 1968.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6784 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 10th day of June 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
