A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THZ- CITY OF
MfPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING TIE: =CUTION OF.A
dOW_JNITY RI;CREATION.AGRF.EMENT WITH.THE NE1TFCItT-
MPSA UNIFIES S�H4iOL DISTKI1'
tREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Community Recreation Agreement
between the City and the Newport -Mesa Unified School District
for the cooperative use of their recreational facilities, areas,
and equipment for purposes of community recreation; and
11HEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable
and equitable and in the interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Community
Recreation Agreement be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach.
