1 RESOLUTION NO. 6811
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY
^� 3 OF THE CITY CLERK
4 IMREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
5 has the power and duty to establish the salary of the City Clerk;

7 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6508 established the salary of
8 the City Clerk beginning January 23, 1967;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
10 1968, Resolution No. 6508 be rescinded and that the salary of
11 the City Clerk beginning July 1, 1968, shall be $9,600 per fiscal
12 year, payable in monthly, semimonthly, or biweekly installments
13 as is most convenient in the ordinary course of the preparation
14 of the City's payroll.
15 ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1968.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6811 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 25thday of June 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Shelton, Marshall, Rogers, Hirth, Gruber
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: parsons
