2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 AN AGREEMENT WITH EASTBLUFF- NEWPORT, INC.,
SUBDIVIDER,,FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALL
4 IMPROVEMENTS IN BUCK GULLEY :DRIVE IN _
TRACT NO. 6634

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
7 of the City of Newport Beach, an agreement in which the Eastbluff-
8 Newport, Inc., subdivider of Tract No. 6634, agrees to construct al
9 street and other public improvements in Buck Gulley Drive; and
10 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure
11 the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
i2 the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
14 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
15 with the provisions of the Code;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
17 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
18 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
19 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
20 the City Attorney as to form.
