2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 AN AGREEMENT WITH R.& B DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVE-
- 4 MENTS IN UNITS I AND II OF RESUBDIVISION 253

6I1 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
7
of the City
of Newport Beach, an
agreement
in which the R &
B
8
Development
Company, subdivider,
agrees to
construct street
and
9 other public improvements necessary to serve Units I and II of
10 Resubdivision 253; and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure
i2 the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
13
the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15
and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
16
with the provisions of the Code;
17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20
security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21
City Attorney as to form.
